To secure a build slot and begin a consultation with our experts, a deposit of £800 is required. This allows us to discuss your specific needs and determine the best options for your application based on your budget.

About EVFREAKS
EVFREAKS has been building custom Sur Ron bikes professionally since 2018. Our journey began in 2017, when we imported the first Light Bee into the UK, pioneering the first 72V battery build paired with an ASI BAC8000 controller—not only in the UK but across Europe. Since then, we have completed hundreds of unique custom builds, with a wide array of examples showcased on our Instagram (@evfreaks) and Facebook (@evf).

Build Options & Stages
Our custom builds range from Stage 1 to Stage 3, with estimated costs between £4,000 and £20,000 depending on the specifications. Some aspects we’ll discuss include:

• Controller Options: BAC8000, TORP1000, or EBMX
• Battery Voltage & Capacity: 72V or 81V options
• Suspension: Stock or upgraded (EXT, Boss, Fox, Ohlins, Marzocchi)
• Wheels: SM Pro or Excel wheels
• Brake Upgrades, Reinforcements, Geometry Adjustments, and More

Build Process

1. Deposit: Pay a £800 deposit to secure your slot and start the consultation process.
2. Specification & Pricing Agreement: We'll provide an estimated final price based on your custom specifications. You can either supply your own bike for the build or request a new frame, as both options are available.
3. Payment: Once we finalize the design and pricing, 60% of the total build cost is required upfront. The remaining 40% is payable upon completion:
   • If collecting from our workshop, payment is due on the release date.
   • If using our courier service, payment is due before shipping.
