Free shipping on orders over £100 to the UK and Europe, and on orders over £200 to every other country. Below that you choose at checkout:

Batteries have their own rates: UPS Standard £50 or UPS Express £80. Every parcel is tracked and you get the tracking number by email on the day it ships.

Yes. We ship to every country and every US state.

No. EU orders ship from our Frankfurt warehouse where possible, so there are no customs charges or import duties at your door.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, not fitted, in its original packaging with all parts, and you have your order number. Message us first and we send you the return address.

Custom-built batteries, custom powder-coated or painted parts, special-order items, and electronics that have been installed or wired, such as controllers, BMS units, looms and displays. Faulty items are always assessed, whatever the category.

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 1 to 3 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong part. Then we cover it.

EVFreaks CNC parts: 1 year. Custom battery builds: 12 months. Moxin controller kits: 1 year. ASI BAC controller kits: 3 months, sold for race and off-road use only. New Sur-Ron bikes: the official Sur-Ron warranty.

Yes. Every controller kit bought from us comes with fitting and programming support by email or WhatsApp. We fit these kits to our own race bikes, our tour bikes and most customer builds, so you get answers from people who have done it.

Yes, by WhatsApp or video call, as part of the support that comes with the kit.

Every product page lists the compatible bikes under the title, and you can filter every collection by bike. If your bike is not listed, message us with the model and year before ordering.

The Moxin kits run OEM, EBMX, TORP, SOTION, QS and KO motors and any battery inside 48 to 80V. Power limits must be set for your battery and motor, and we help you set them.

Yes. Every EVFreaks part is designed and tested in real race series and extreme off-road use. The only exception is the swing-arm extension, which trades a little manoeuvrability for stability.

Our CNC parts are made in Europe.

Seat extender, peg extender, extended linkage and swing-arm extension. Combined they add more than 2 cm of room.

Electric riders first. We got our first Sur-Rons in 2018, raced them, broke the cheap factory parts and started making our own. Today we design and test parts for Sur-Ron, Talaria and E-Ride Pro, build custom batteries and bikes, and run e-moto tours in the Swiss Alps.
