Torp TC1000 Controller Compatibility and Features
The Torp TC1000 controller is compatible with the following models:
- SurRon Light Bee / Segway X260
- Torp Motor TM25
- SurRon Ultra Bee
- Talaria MX3 / MX4
Note: The TC1000 controller is not compatible with the Segway X160 or motor model number P/N: 11100-YQ2A-0100. Please verify your motor model number before installing the TC1000 controller. Generally, all SurRon/Segway X260 motors manufactured after 2018 are compatible with the TC1000 controller.
The TC1000 controller works seamlessly with both versions of the stock display (L1 E & the off-road version), showing both speed and distance. For additional options like battery monitoring and settings, use your smartphone or purchase a Torp Display, sold separately.
Easy Installation
This plug-and-play controller requires no prior knowledge of electronics or programming for installation and setup. All necessary components for successful installation are included in the box.
Mobile App for IOS and Android
All settings and diagnostics are managed through an intuitive and user-friendly smartphone app available for both Android and IOS. Users can use their smartphones as a display during rides and to configure all the controller's features through the app.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.

If you need to return an item, we make it straightforward.
- Contact us first with your order number and the item you want to return. If the item is faulty or damaged, send a couple of clear photos so we can help faster.
- We will confirm eligibility based on our Returns and Refunds Policy and send you the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and paperwork.
- Send it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Once it arrives, we will check it and move things along quickly.
