The stock Sur Ron wiring loom (L1E & Off-Road) is known for long-term reliability issues, especially in wet and muddy conditions. Common failures include throttle malfunctions, power cuts, and connectivity issues, often caused by the OEM loom.
If you're upgrading your Sur Ron with new brakes, removing sensors, or swapping controllers, displays, motors, or batteries, the stock loom quickly becomes cluttered and inefficient due to limited space in the frame.

The Sur Ron frame has tight cable management space, often leading to jammed wiring. Our custom loom frees up space, making installation smoother and hassle-free.
More space for components
Replacing the OEM loom opens up extra room, allowing you to relocate your DC-DC converter higher under the key compartment. This keeps it away from water exposure, preventing long-term failures caused by its original low, exposed placement.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe, also including regions such as Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
