We offer a 100 % money back guarantee - if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. You have 14 days to send it back to us in it's original condition to get a full refund! You must to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Once received - we will issue a refund in 24hours!

Do you have a warehouse in Europe for International shippings so I wont get any extra charges?

We do have warehouse in Europe mainland Germany - Berlin and all orders purchased from Europe union is being sent from inside Europe warehouse - so you won't get any additional import fees or taxes! Hasle free shipping according to your location!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across worldwide. Collections are available as well in our HQ located in Manchester - Bury, Lancashire, United Kingdom

Do you ship orders with tracking?

Yes indeed! We do ship every package only with premium couriers like UPS Express or DHL only - all packages are being sent tracked! You will receive your tracking information by e-mail just prior shipping on the same day!

How is your batteries are made? They are not outsourced in China?

Every custom battery is builded in EVF Tech In-House facility based Germany and takes about 10-21 business days to finish! Our supply is much lower when the demand because quality comes first! We do offer Sur-Ron & Talaria and other EV applications like race karts & e.mx conversion battery builds! What Sur-Ron upgrades do you recommend for tall riders?

We have designed several EV Freaks mods that fix the bike’s ergonomics for tall riders. Check out our seat extender, peg extender, extended linkage, and swing arm extension. If you combine all of them, you can add more than 2 cm of space for a more comfortable ride.

Are these mods safe for extreme off-road use?

Yes, EV Freaks products are made with the highest quality materials and rigorously tested for performance. Our aircraft-grade aluminum parts and reinforced designs are built to withstand faster speeds, higher jumps, and rugged terrain. Trust us, EV Freaks can handle a crash landing.
The only product that is not suitable for hard off-road riding is the swing arm extension. By extending the rear wheel backwards to create more space and stability, you’ll also sacrifice a little maneuverability.

Can you remotely program my controller?

Yes, we offer a free 30-minute remote programming session with the BAC8000 upgrade bundle. If you choose the Nucular 24F controller, the on-board computer is easy to program by yourself, but we’re always available for support.

Do you offer professional installation?

Yes, you can drop off your bike (clean and ready for service) at our workshop in Manchester - Bury. Most installation costs £249 and takes 3 days. Send us an email at bevfreak@gmail.com for an exact quote or to add installation to your order.

Thanks for purchasing our products at EvFreaks Limited.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The stock Sur Ron wiring loom (L1E & Off-Road) is known for long-term reliability issues, especially in wet and muddy conditions. Common failures include throttle malfunctions, power cuts, and connectivity issues, often caused by the OEM loom.

If you're upgrading your Sur Ron with new brakes, removing sensors, or swapping controllers, displays, motors, or batteries, the stock loom quickly becomes cluttered and inefficient due to limited space in the frame.
