We ship from two locations - the UK and mainland Europe - so every order goes out via the fastest, most tax-friendly route for your location. EU orders ship from our Frankfurt warehouse where possible, meaning no customs, no import duties, and no surprise charges at your door.

We've delivered to Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, China, UAE, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Isle of Man, USA, Poland, Romania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, and every Schengen country.

The essentials

Dispatch Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same or next working day.
Couriers UPS Express and DHL only. Every order is fully tracked. You'll get your tracking number by email on the day we ship.
Collection Free collection from our workshop in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Contact us to arrange a time.

Can you ship to my country?

Probably. We cover the UK, all of Europe and Schengen, USA, UAE, most of Asia, and plenty more. If your country isn't showing a shipping option at checkout, message us before giving up - we can usually find a route.

EU customers: orders ship from Frankfurt where we have stock. No import duties, no customs delays, no extra taxes. If the item isn't in our Frankfurt warehouse, we'll ship from the UK and let you know before dispatch.

USA: we ship parts and controllers without issues. Batteries depend on the route - get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm what we can send.

Dispatch and processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday usually go out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next working day.

Items that take longer

  • Custom-built batteries: 10-21 working days build time before dispatch. These are assembled by hand at our facility in Germany and individually tested before shipping.
  • Custom builds: timescale agreed before you commit. We only build 2 per month to keep quality right. You'll get photo and video updates throughout.
  • Special orders / out of stock: we'll tell you the expected lead time before you pay. If we can't ship within the timeframe we quoted, you can cancel for a full refund.

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, new product launches) dispatch may take an extra 24-48 hours. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Tracking your order

Every order is sent tracked via UPS or DHL. You'll receive an email with your tracking number and link on the day we dispatch. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.

If tracking shows your parcel is stuck or hasn't updated in a few days, message us - we'll chase the courier directly. You don't need to deal with them yourself.

Battery shipping

Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods for transport, which means shipping routes can vary by destination:

  • UK and Europe: no issues. We ship batteries regularly via our standard couriers. EU orders go from our Frankfurt warehouse where possible.
  • USA: we can ship most parts and controllers without problems. Battery availability depends on the shipping route - contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
  • Rest of world: battery shipping depends on the destination and available routes. Always check with us before ordering a battery for international delivery.
Ordering a battery internationally? Message us first. We'd rather confirm the route before you pay than deal with a refund after. If we can't ship our battery to you, we'll recommend a trusted local supplier so you're still covered.

When your order arrives

  • Inspect before signing. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier or photograph it before accepting. This makes any damage claim much easier to process.
  • Open and check within 48 hours. If something is damaged or missing, contact us straight away with photos. The sooner you tell us, the faster we sort it.
  • Failed delivery: if you're not in, the courier will usually leave a card or reattempt. After 2-3 failed attempts the parcel may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping cost may apply).

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. We treat a parcel as lost after 7 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international) from dispatch.

If the courier confirms it's lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. You don't need to deal with the courier yourself. That's our job.

If a parcel arrives damaged, email us at info@evfreaks.uk with your order number and photos of the damage (both packaging and product). We'll arrange a replacement or refund under our return and refund policy.
