For those who desire real performance from their Sur-Ron, the EVFREAKS BAC8000 Kit was created. This controller transforms your bike into a beast with enhanced throttle response, smoother acceleration, with significant torque, whether you're racing the streets or tearing up trails.
EVFREAKS software serves to completely program each kit internally, eliminating guesswork and trial and error. Just plug and play. The BAC8000 surpasses the stock controller's limitations by delivering up to 600 phase amps and blowing 25kW peak power. You have complete control over your build since it works with both 60V OEM and 72V upgraded batteries.
Gains in Performance:
- With a 60V setup (stock battery), you can expect up to 50% more power and torque, quicker acceleration, and a top speed increase of +22 km/h (15 mph).
- 72V Setup (Aftermarket Upgrade): With the right gearing and battery support, unleash the beast and reach top speeds of 130 km/h (80 mph).
In the Box:
- The ASI BAC8000 Controller is potted for reliability and completely waterproof.
- Clean direct throttle integration with a custom IP65 EVFREAKS wiring loom.
- Thumb Throttle with Regen Braking: This option adds solid motor braking and battery regenerating while slowing down.

For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.
