Built for high-performance e-bikes, the EVFreaks rear sprocket is CNC machined in Europe from class 7 aircraft-grade aluminium. It’s designed with tight tolerances where it matters most — the bolt holes match the exact size of your hardware, meaning no slack or play, even under high power.
This isn’t theory — our sprockets have been tested in real off-road conditions and race events since 2020. The current V3 version has been running strong since 2022, refined through feedback from riders pushing 18kW to 25kW setups on 72V systems.
Most sprockets on the market come with oversized bolt holes that allow movement at speed. That slight play wears them out faster and causes the chain to loosen more often. Ours stays tight, lasts longer, and handles serious power without compromise.
