What sets us apart is our in-house manufacturing capability: we run our own CNC production line and operate a full EU-based manufacturing setup including our own high powered 72v and 81v Batteries.

Reserve Your Slot: Select your build month and secure one of only two slots.

Consultation: After you will reserve your slot - one of the evf team engineers will be in touch with you to discuss build details like design ideas,preferences, to ensure what your expecatations will be met

Build Process:Throughout the build, you'll receive regular updates, photos, videos and progress reports - so you can watch how your vision is turning into the reality.

Delivery – Pickup from our Manchester workshop - alternatively nationwide & worldwide drop off services available at additional cost.
The average custom builded bike prices differs from £6,000 to £15,000 - with potential to go even further.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.

If you need to return an item, we make it straightforward.
- Contact us first with your order number and the item you want to return. If the item is faulty or damaged, send a couple of clear photos so we can help faster.
- We will confirm eligibility based on our Returns and Refunds Policy and send you the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and paperwork.
- Send it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Once it arrives, we will check it and move things along quickly.
