The IZI Brothers titanium swingarm axle for Sur-Ron Light Bee is the upgrade you choose when you want maximum stiffness at the rear end without carrying unnecessary weight. Precision CNC machined from Grade 5 titanium Ti-6Al-4V, it replaces the stock steel pivot axle and delivers higher mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and a noticeable weight reduction in the chassis.
Fully compatible with the IZI Brothers swingarm and the OEM Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E swingarms, this swingarm axle installs as a direct plug and play upgrade with no modifications required. Diameter, length and shoulders are machined to tight tolerances to keep the swingarm, bearings and frame in perfect alignment, which translates into a more precise, more stable rear end that holds its geometry under hard riding in enduro, trail and aggressive urban use.
The Grade 5 titanium construction limits flex under load while remaining lighter than steel, helping the bike stay reactive and consistent over time. The axle is available in multiple anodized finishes including raw titanium, blue and black, all laser engraved with the IZI Brothers logo as a clear mark of the component level. We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.

- Pack the item securely in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and paperwork.
- Send it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
