The IZI Brothers titanium shock axle for Sur-Ron Light Bee is built for riders who want a locked in, precise connection between the shock and the chassis without carrying unnecessary weight. CNC machined from Grade 5 titanium Ti-6Al-4V, it replaces the standard steel shock axle and delivers higher tensile strength, full corrosion resistance and a real weight saving where suspension response matters.
This shock axle is designed exclusively for the IZI Brothers swingarm kits for Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Light Bee L1E. It installs as a direct plug and play upgrade in the IZI Brothers swingarm, with shoulder profiles and threads cut to tight tolerances so the shock eye, swingarm and hardware stay perfectly aligned. That reduces play and keeps the rear suspension stable under hard hits, repeated jumps and aggressive urban riding.
The Grade 5 titanium shock axle uses a mechanical thread lock system that prevents loosening under vibration and impact, without relying on chemical threadlocker. It is built for frequent service and high performance builds where you want hardware that goes back together clean every time. Up to 45 percent lighter than steel, rust proof and finished with anodizing and laser engraving, the IZI Brothers shock axle is the serious choice when you expect your Sur-Ron Light Bee suspension to work, every lap and every ride.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. If an item is on pre order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout, along with the lead time. For example, our 72V and 81V batteries are custom made and take 2 to 3 weeks to build. All other items such as service parts, CNC parts, and controllers are in stock.
